The Landry's Select Club is our way of rewarding our loyal guests. When you sign up you will automatically be entitled to receive all the benefits associated with program membership.

There is a one-time, non-refundable $25 Membership Fee. There is no annual fee to continue your membership. You will also receive a $25 Welcome Reward for joining the Landry’s Select Club within 24 hours of registering your account online.

You can earn points at any one of our outstanding participating restaurant properties in 31 states across the country. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on food, beverage and gift card purchases at our restaurants or gift card purchases online. You will also earn points on retail merchandise purchases made at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Points may only be earned at the time of purchase. When 250 points are earned, those points are converted into a $25 reward. Points over that amount will not be converted. For example, spending $255 in eligible purchases would earn one $25 reward with five points remaining to be used toward the next $25 reward.

Points cannot be earned on the $25 membership fee, tax, gratuity, discounts, complimentary offers, discounted retail merchandise, rides, games, reward redemptions under the Club program and redeemed gift cards. Points are earned on retail purchases made at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. At participating Landry’s retail outlets you will receive a discount on your retail purchases. Retail discount excludes gift cards, promotional items, Build-A-Bear®, Build-A-Dino® and Paleo Zone at T-REX Cafe, rides and games, and purchases where Select Club points are earned.

Account registration must be completed online. To activate your account you will need your 14 digit account number from the back of your Landry’s Select Club card and your check number. You will be prompted to provide your email address and password of your choice. If you are unable to access the online registration on the Landry’s Select website, please contact customer service at 1-800-552-6379 (Select Option 2).

After your account balance has reached 250 points you will receive a $25 reward. Your reward will automatically be applied against your check the next time you visit one of our participating restaurants, unless you choose to defer the reward. Rewards are issued in $25 increments. Since there is no carry-over balance, any unused portion of the reward amount will be forfeited.

Points are valid for 12 months from the date issued. Earned Rewards and Member Relations Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date awarded. Birthday Rewards are valid starting on the 1st day of your birthday month and expire on the 15th of the month following your birthday month if unused. Rewards will not be reinstated or extended.

Once you have gone online and completed your account registration, your $25 Welcome Reward will automatically be added to your Landry's Select Club account within 24 hours.

Your $25 Birthday Reward will be automatically added onto your Landry's Select Club account on the first day of your birthday month. Birthday Rewards expire on the 15th of the month following your birthday month. Birthday Rewards can be deferred but will expire on the 15th if unused. If you register your account during the month of your birthday, your Birthday Reward will automatically be added to your account 24 hours after your account is registered. Regardless of sign-up date, the Birthday Reward will expire on the 15th of the following month.

If you sign up at one of our restaurants, you will receive your card immediately. If you enroll online, you will receive your Club Card by mail in approximately 10 business days.

Yes, we appreciate every visit you make to our restaurants. Prior to receiving your Landry’s Select Club card, give us three business days to create your account and then you may give the telephone number you provided during registration to your server at the restaurant to earn points. If you are visiting sooner than three business days, please keep your receipt and forward to us for a points adjustment. You may redeem your Welcome Reward as long as you can show a valid ID that matches your account.

We always welcome your visit to our restaurants, and we appreciate when you bring your friends and family with you. However, points can only be credited to the person who pays the dining check. If you choose to split the bill with another person, we will credit your account for the portion that you pay.

Absolutely! The Landry’s Select Club allows you the ease and convenience of checking your account balance, updating your Member Profile, deferring your rewards and more online.

Our program is intended for individual use only. Only one membership card will be issued per account.

Yes, you are eligible to earn points for group events held at our participating restaurants. You may earn a maximum of 3,000 points in a single day for group events. Points cannot be earned in conjunction with discounted or promotional group menus, with any other special group offer, employee discount or any other designated offer, discount, promotion or dollar-off, limited-time promotion. Points cannot be earned for group events that are held at any of our hotels, resorts or casinos. The Landry’s Select Club Card must be purchased prior to the event. Cards purchased after the event are not eligible for event points. For more details, see the Terms & Conditions.

Yak & Yeti Quick Serve, Build-A-Bear®, Build-A-Dino® and Paleo Zone at T-REX Cafe and International locations (except Rainforest Cafe Toronto) are not included in this program.

In order to best handle your transaction, you should present your card at the time of your visit to earn points for your transaction. In the event you forget to bring your card, you can give the server the phone number you entered at the time of registration to look up your account. No points will be awarded for any guest receipt or other proof of purchase presented after the time of visit.

No, your Rewards will automatically be added to your card when you have earned 250 points. On your next visit, we will apply your Reward unless you choose to defer the Reward.

You will receive an e-mail notification when you earn a Reward. At that time you may choose to defer this Reward for a future visit. To do so, you will need to login to your account and select the “Defer Reward” button. All Earned and Birthday Rewards will be deferred until you select to enable the rewards to be used. Please note, deferring the rewards does not extend the expiration period. Earned Rewards expire 12 months from the date issued and Birthday Rewards expire on the 15th of the month following your birthday month. Welcome and Member Relations Rewards cannot be deferred.

Yes, you can defer up to $300 in rewards. However, as long as there are $300 of rewards in the account, no additional rewards may be earned.

The Landry's Select Club membership is for personal use only. Points are non-transferable.

You will need to login to your account using your e-mail address and password. Then, click the “Edit My Profile” button. Please keep your information current as we want to be sure that we can keep you informed of any special programs or discounts we may offer to Landry's Select Club members.

Yes, but you will no longer be notified of exclusive member only benefits and e-mails including reward notifications.

You will still be able to earn and redeem points, however you will not be notified of exclusive member only benefits and your Rewards notification. You will also need to call Customer Service at 1-800-552-6379 (option 2) to activate your account.

All special offers and discounts are communicated via e-mail and here at the Landry's Select Club website.

Once logged in to your account, most issues can be handled through the “Your Account Summary” area. The quickest way to resolve an issue is to use the “New Account Inquiry” form. Your questions will be answered within 3 business days. If you still require assistance, you can contact a customer service representative at 1-800-552-6379 (Select Option 2).

A new, temporary password can be sent to the email registered to your account by using the forgot password form here. Once you receive the new, temporary password, please log in to your account and update it

Safari Club FAQ

Safari Club is being upgraded to the Landry’s Select Club. The last day Safari Club benefits will be valid is March 31, 2012. Safari Club members are encouraged to join the Landry’s Select Club for free to continue receiving valuable benefits at Rainforest Cafe and over 300 Landry’s, Inc. locations nationwide.

You will continue to receive priority seating privileges. You will still receive 10% off retail, which will now be available to you at all Landry’s retail outlets except for locations where points are awarded. As part of Landry’s Select Club you will also receive the following membership benefits: $25 Birthday Reward, $25 Reward for every $250 you spend, exclusive member-only offers and easy account access.

The Welcome Reward benefit listed on the website is not applicable for accounts where the $25 enrollment fee has been waived however as a Safari Club member you’ll earn double points, up to 250, on your first visit that you present your Landry’s Select Club card.

Safari Club members are invited to join Landry’s Select Club by visiting www.landrysselect.com/safariclub. Simply verify your account using your Safari Club membership number and last name, then complete the registration process and a Select Club card will be mailed to you within 2-3 weeks.

You can still use the benefits associated with your Safari Club membership until March 31, 2012. However, you cannot use both the Safari Club and Landry’s Select Club benefits simultaneously.

Yes. Your Safari Club rewards will be accepted until their expiration date or March 31, 2012, whichever is sooner. Safari Club rewards cannot be used in conjunction with your Landry’s Select Club membership.

Redeeming your rewards just got a lot easier. Rewards in the Landry’s Select Club are added directly onto your card. All you need to do is present your Select Club card to redeem.

Since you already have a Landry’s Select Club card the transition couldn’t be easier. You do not need to order a new Landry's Select Club card. Simply continue to use the Landry’s Select Club card you already have in your possession.

Safari Club and Landry’s Select Club benefits cannot be redeemed simultaneously.

Your card number will be created 2-3 business days after you migrate your account online and you will receive your Landry’s Select Club card in the mail within 2-3 weeks. If you plan to visit a Landry’s restaurant before you receive your card, you can provide your server with the phone number you listed on your account. If you are redeeming a reward you will also be asked to show valid ID.

The type of point of sale system at the retail outlet determines whether points are earned or a discount is received. Ask the retail team for clarification based on the location you are visiting. Retail discount does not apply to gift cards, promotional items, Build-A-Bear®, Build-A-Dino® and the Paleo Zone at T-REX Café, or rides and games.

Double points will be automatically calculated based on your first Landry’s Select Club card transaction (up to 250 points). Because it is a special offer, the double points do not print on your receipt at the restaurant. The email that you receive from Landry’s Select Club after your visit will show the doubled amount added to your account. Also, if you log in to your Select Club account online, you will see the doubled amount.

In recognition of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and to further protect the privacy of minors online, the Landry's Select Club requires members to be at least 16 years of age to participate in the program. If a Safari Club account is held by an individual younger than this age requirement, the Landry's Select Club account will need to be registered to a member of the household that is over 16 years of age.
