| The Landry's Select Club is our way of rewarding our loyal guests. When you sign up you will automatically be entitled to receive all the benefits of this new program.

There is a one-time, non-refundable $25 Membership Fee. There is no annual fee to continue your membership. You will also earn a $25 Welcome Reward for joining the Landry’s Select Club within 24 hours of registering your account online.

| * You can earn points at any one of our outstanding participating restaurant properties in 27 states across the country. You earn one point for every dollar you spend on food, beverage and gift card purchases at our restaurants or gift card purchases online. Points may only be earned at the time of purchase. When 250 points are earned, those points are converted into a $25 reward. Points over that amount will not be converted. For example, spending $255 in eligible purchases would earn one $25 reward with five points remaining to be used toward the next $25 reward.

| Points are not earned for the $25 membership enrollment fee, Safari Club coupons and discounts, Friends coupons and discounts, in some states alcohol purchases and other discounts. If you have a question regarding an error in points please contact one of our friendly customer service representatives who will be glad to assist you.

| In order to make sure that we have correct information, registration is done online. If you are unable to access the online registration on the Landry’s Select website, please contact customer service at 1-800-552-6379 (Select Option 2) or 1-866-99-LOYAL (995-6925).

| After your account balance has reached 250 points you will receive a $25 reward. Your reward will automatically be applied against your check the next time you visit one of our participating restaurants, unless you choose to defer the reward. The reward may be used in any dollar amount up to the value of rewards in the member’s account; however, since there is no carry-over balance, any unused reward amount will be lost.

| Once you have gone online and completed your account registration, your $25 Welcome Reward will automatically be added to your Landry's Select Club account within 24 hours. If you purchased your card online, your $25 Reward will already be on your card when it is sent to you. Migrated Friends and ViewPoints members are not eligible for the Welcome Reward.

| Your $25 Birthday Reward will be automatically added onto your Landry's Select Club account on the first day of your birthday month. Birthday rewards are not eligible for deferral and will automatically be applied on member’s first visit to the restaurant during member’s birthday month. Birthday rewards expire on the last day of the member’s birthday month and will not be extended. If you join during the month of your birthday, you will not receive a birthday reward until your next birthday.

If you sign up at one of our restaurants, you will receive your card immediately. If you enroll online, you will receive your Club Card by mail.

Yes, we appreciate every visit you make to our restaurants. Prior to receiving your Landry’s Select Card you may give the telephone number you provided during registration to your server at the restaurant to earn points. However, you may not redeem your Welcome reward or other rewards until you receive your card.

We always welcome your visit to our restaurants, and we appreciate when you bring your friends and family with you. However, points can only be credited to the person who pays the dining check. If you choose to split the bill with another person, we will credit your account for the portion that you pay.

Absolutely! The Landry’s Select Club allows you the ease and convenience of checking your account balance, updating your Member Profile, redeeming points for rewards and more online.

Our program is intended for individual use only. Only one membership card will be issued per account.

Yes, you are eligible to earn points for group events held at our participating restaurants. You may earn a maximum of 3,000 points in a single day for group events. Points cannot be earned in conjunction with discounted or promotional group menus, with any other special group offer, employee discount or any other designated offer, discount, promotion or dollar-off, limited-time promotion. Points cannot be earned for group events that are held at any of our hotels, resorts or casinos. The Landry’s Select Club Card must be purchased prior to the event. Cards purchased after the event are not eligible for event points. For more details, see the Terms & Conditions.

| In order to best handle your transaction, you should present your card at the time of your visit to earn points for your transaction. In the event you forget to bring your card, you can give the server the phone number you entered at the time of registration to look up your account. Rewards cannot be redeemed without your Landry's Select Club card.

| Yes, you may be required to provide valid identification in addition to the phone number registered on the account in order to protect against fraudulent use of rewards.

| To activate your account, you will need your 14 digit account number from the back of your Landry's Select Club Membership card, a valid e-mail address and password of your choice. After activation, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password each time you want to review your account.

| No, your $25 Reward is automatically added to your card when you have earned 250 points. On your next visit, we will apply your Reward unless you choose to defer the Reward.

| You will receive an e-mail notification when you receive a Reward. At that time you may choose to defer this Reward for a future visit. To do so, you will need to login to your account and select the “Defer Reward” button and defer all your Rewards. All earned rewards will be deferred until you select to enable the rewards to be used. Please note, deferring the rewards does not extend the expiration period and all rewards will expire 12 months from the date they are issued. Additionally, if you do not have any rewards to defer, the option will not be listed on the screen.

| Yes, you can defer up to $300 of rewards. However, as long as there is $300 of rewards in the account, no additional points may be earned.

| The Landry's Select Club membership is for personal use only. Points are non-transferable.
|
| You will need to login to your account using your e-mail address and password. Then, click the “Edit My Profile” button. Please keep your information current as we want to be sure that we can keep you informed of any special programs or discounts we may offer to Landry's Select Club members.

| Yes, but you will no longer be notified of exclusive member only benefits and e-mails which alert you to your Reward notifications.

| You will still be able to earn and redeem points, however you will not be notified of exclusive member only benefits and your Rewards notification.
